The Huawei SmartAX MT882 router is currently being supplied to TalkTalk customers. It has one ethernet port and one USB port which allows basic networking of 2 PCs, although this can be extended by attaching a network switch. Direct access to the web interface is http://192.168.1.1

This router is remarkably similar to the BT Voyager 205 and telnetting into the CLI revealed that the it has a Globespan Chipset Vendor ID : 00B5GSPN - which is the same as the Solwise SAR110.

Further investigation into the SmartAX MT882 also showed me that all the cli commands I tried used by the SAR110 also work for the MT882, therefore if you wish to play with this router and get more information than the TT interface allows, you can do so by looking at my SAR 110 router tutorials.
