definitly not the best ISP we have had, but then we did migrate from talktalk...

1st chance I get I am changing isp got about another 12 months of increased charges for less service.. :-(

Up to 8Meg + phone.Appalling Customer service, constant overcharging, have finally plucked up the courage to switch after 8years, am dreading my final bill. Must be the worst company to deal with ever!

Usage limit supposed to apply to downloads only, but I think Supanet are counting my uploads too. Support giving no help or showing any knowledge
