I was with Plusnet since 2004. Following BT takeover, customer service has been on a slow decline to the point where chat, ticketing system, and email problem reported has all been removed. Moving because of this + poor speed

Customer service was excellent. Now is rubbish
BB only, unlimited (legacy), stuck with ADSL. I find PN's customers service so deplorable compared to what it used to be that I only call if it's absolutely necessary and without expecting more help than going to Google
JAM (just about managing) I get around 22Mbps on a up to 38Mbps.FTTC. Still poor...
