You can check to see if Tiscali have LLU'd your exchange using the adsl checker.

However, the following test can help check if you are on Tiscali LLU, but please bear in mind that the test will also work if you are on a Tiscali DataStream service.

You will need to change your router or modem settings to the following:-

username: testing@dslconnect.co.uk
password: testing

From there you may also be able to navigate to: http://www.dslconnect.co.uk

and http://speedcheck.ispconnect.co.uk

Please note that from personal observations that this particular speedtest is possibly just about the most inaccurate speedtest I've ever tried. The file size is too small to accurately test fast connections and I've frequently got speeds of in excess of 10 Mbps.. or even several at 256 Mbps recorded on an 8Mb connection.

Interesting.... I was having a nosey around a certain web site tonight, and I happened to come across a checker which supposedly advises which exchanges they have LLU enabled.
A bit of googling and a bit more investigative work appears to verify that that the "leaked list" of so called Tiscali LLU enabled exchanges is indeed wrong in some cases, as a couple of exchanges that I tried on that list weren't showing as being LLU enabled on their database.
